    Dosage For 12 years of age and older: Take one (1) capsule daily. Continued daily use is suggested. When traveling, take two capsules daily (one in the morning and one at night) before and during the trip. During antibiotic use, take one capsule twice daily (as directed above) and continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics. Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
