Trapic MF Tablet is a prescription combination medicine formulated to manage heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) and relieve painful periods (dysmenorrhea). Each tablet combines an antifibrinolytic (to reduce excessive bleeding by preventing clot breakdown) with a non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory drug (to reduce pain and inflammation).

It is advisable to use the medicine as prescribed for it to be effective. Also, you can do yoga or meditation to reduce stress and divert your mind during those days. In Treatment of Menstrual pain Trapic MF Tablet relieves the pain due to muscle cramps during menstrual cycles (periods). It blocks the pain signals, relaxes the muscles and prevents sudden contractions (spasms) of muscles. This treats your pain and discomfort. You may also use a heating pad, take a hot water shower, avoid stress and try mild exercise for easing out the pain.
Contra Indication Do not take Trapic MF Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents or if you have severe heart failure. Inform your doctor if you have/had deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism (block a blood vessel in the lungs), coagulopathy (formation of blood clots), epilepsy, irregular periods, heart, kidney, or liver problems. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Trapic MF Tablet 10's may cause dizziness and drowsiness, so drive only if you are alert. Trapic MF Tablet 10's should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Trapic MF Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and can increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Trapic MF Tablet 10's unless prescribed.

Liver AlertDrug Interactions: Trapic MF Tablet 10's may interact with pain killers (ibuprofen, celecoxib), anti-depressant (duloxetine, fluoxetine, sertraline), fibrinolytic medicine, birth control pills, drugs that prevent bleeding (factor IX complex, anti-inhibitor coagulant concentrates), blood thinners (anticoagulants such as warfarin, heparin)
Kidney Alert Trapic MF should be used during pregnancy only when advised by your doctor. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or planning to conceive before taking Trapic MF Tablet.
